This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Koval Iryna (Autónomo, Spain) ("we", "us") governing your use of the Muhurta application and any related updates (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Where you obtain the App from the Apple App Store, your license is additionally governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LEULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. That agreement forms part of the terms between you and us. To the extent of any conflict, the terms more protective of you as the end user prevail. You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App or its content.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the applicable app store or platform.

The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in this EULA.
The App uses artificial intelligence and traditional Vedic astrology to generate informational, decision-support content. It does not predict the future and is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Your use is subject to our full Disclaimers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. Nothing in this EULA limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under it end automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence and to the usage rules of the applicable app store.
